CENTRALISED DUST COLLECTOR
SINGLE POINT SOLUTION
SFS offers fully customised Dust Collectors that suit the specific needs of your manufacturing process. From highly critical fine dust filtration in manufacturing of power turbines to filtering cement dust from the entire factory for a precast slab manufacturer, the centralised dust collectors from SFS have been serving a wide range of applications. Our end-to-end support includes everything, starting from process study, detail ducting layout to installation, commissioning and maintenance, as per the need.
With over 100 installations of dust collectors across multiple industries, SFS has a proven record in developing a single point solution to filter large scale dust generation from multiple sources.
Dry Machining Applications such as Grinding, Buffing, Laser/Plasma | Cutting, Polishing etc. | Graphite Machining | Bench/Tool Cutter | Precast Slab Cutting | Abrasive Cut-off machines | Rubber Mills | Woodworking
Reduced energy costs and better cartridge life as filter operation needs relatively lesser compressed air.
EFFICIENT DUCTING DESIGN
Efficient ducting that minimises suction loss and accumulation of dust
Highly reliable and efficient suction, that performs as promised, owing to superior quality of motor.
LESSER NOISE IN OPERATIONS
A special design ensures lowest noise and therefore least disturbance in operations.
Sequential Air Pulsating Arrangement for timely and complete cleaning of filter cartridge.
Uniform and efficient cleaning is ensured by relatively higher internal cleaning pressure.
HOW IT WORKS?
Complete solution to meet occupational, health and safety requirements
SFS has rich experience of providing dust collection solutions for automotive processes, composite dusts, welding smoke and many more. Our comprehensive range of highly reliable, durable and rugged dust collectors to keep your operations clean and smooth. Our solutions are recognised for highly effective filtration across all kinds of environments starting from heavy loads of dust to thin dust collections or product reclaims.
Why Dust Collectors?
- Harmful to operators, equipment and work environment
- Dust has a tendency to settle on the walls, floor etc. and increases maintenance
- Dust, especially fine dust, often finds its way into sensitive devices and can cause temporary or permanent damage
SUCCESSS STORIES & CLIENTS
Concrete dust collection made easy!
Siporex India Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary of sweedish company that manufactures light weight, autoclaved, cellular reinforced floor and roof slabs, wall panels, lintels and unreinforced blocks both for load bearing and partition walls. While Siporex's manufacturing unit already had a conventional, venturi based dust filtration system, it was highly ineffective in filtering the dust due to multiple reasons. In spite of the existing system, a tractor trolley load of dust accumulated in the plant every day.
SFS's team focused on the 3Cs which are critical to dust collector's performance - confining the dust, its capture and cleaning. From the very first day of operation, SFS's centralised dust collector captured all the dust to deliver a significant difference in the factory environment. The ducts had no longer to be cleaned and the system could capture all the dust for reuse.
Dust free shop-floor!
Fine metal dust was a by-product on the shop-floor at the machining shop with over 40+ heavy machining centers. The dust not just posed a challenge to the operations, but could adversely affect the health of the workers. The company's management along with SFS's team sprung into action to develop a centralised Dust collector that could effectively filter the heavy and fine machining dust from a cluster of machines on the shop-floor.
The result was experienced in the form of dust free operations, from the very first day of installations. The Centralised dust collector was placed outside the shop-floor premises and thus caused minimal disturbance to the regular production/operations.
